Adie Wins!!!
My good friend Adie Adelantar of Victorias City has won Ms. Eco-tourism (first runner -up, also Ms. PAGCOR and the face of New Placenta) at the Miss Philippines Earth 2009 yesterday at The Arena in San Juan.
